Terms of Dance in Rio Janeiro, Brazil 2010 Tour Package

TOUR PARTICIPANTS: The whole trip was designed for dancing people. The group will have a size in between 15 and 25 participants.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT: A 50% deposit per person per tour at time of booking. The latest by December 31st, 2009. This deposit is non-refundable. This deposit forms part of your final payment. No credit cards accepted, only Cash - Personal Checks- Electronic Fund Transfer-Money Orders or Cashiers Check will be accepted. Final Payment of the portion left after paying your deposit will be due 21 days prior to your trip by January 29th, 2010.
LATE
BOOKING CHARGES: A $150 fee will be charged for all bookings within 45 days of
departure.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:. Your deposit is non refundable. 100% of total payment is non refundable in the case of cancellations received 21 days prior departure or later.
UNUSED SERVICES: No refunds will be made for unused activity.
INSURANCE:

PASSPORTS & VISAS: All travelers must have a passport valid for six months after your return to the United States. Non U.S. citizens are advised to check with their respectives consulates as to visa requirement for the countries that they are visiting. Dancing Trips is not responsible for any delays, damages, losses, missed portions of tours or other missed services incurred by passengers who fail to obtain necessary travel documents. No Refunds for travelers without proper documentation.
All visitors are strongly recommended to hold:

TOUR PACKAGE PRICES: Prices are per person, based on single or double occupancy room rates. All tour prices are based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) known January 15th 2010 and expected to be in effect at the time of departure. They are subject to increase without notice if such rates change prior to departure.
ACCOMMODATIONS: The hotel is a luxury and elegant five stars hotel located in Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro close to most of our activities. Accommodations are included on this package on double or single occupancy basis with different prices for each one. Check-in at 2 PM and check-out time at hotel is at noon.
MEALS:
Two complete meals a day are included in the program. Breakfast is a buffet in
the hotel and dinners or lunchs are out. At least two options of the menu may
be offered. Cocktails are not included.
PICTURES & VIDEOS:
By signing this form, all participants agree in granting the right of their image usage in any pictures and, or video taken on this trip to the organizers of Dancing Trips. Also, giving permission to the organizers to use their image in any form of media, for the purpose of the promotion of this yearly trip.
BAGGAGE: No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage of baggage or any of the passengers’ belongings. Baggage insurance is recommended.
RESPONSIBILITY: The carriers, hotels/lodges and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors. The tour participant agrees that neither the Operator nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services.
AIRPORT FEES, BAGGAGE EXCESS FEES: They are not included and are responsibility of the passenger.
LOSS/THEFT:
The organizers, affiliates, subsidiaries and employees of this tour can accept no
responsibility for the loss or theft of articles. The aforementioned entities
cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained by any persons attending this
tour. Everyone attending the events of this tour does so at his/ her own risk.
TRIP CANCELLATION: Organiser’s right to cancel the package trip in the event of:
- The organiser is entitled to cancel the package in the event of too few participants. The package is dependent upon the number of participants.
- if authorities recommend avoiding travel to the said area. However, to protect the traveller's health the tour operator can use his/her right to cancel more extensively than recommended,
- if the possibility to bring about the trip in the agreed manner has become substantially more difficult due to a natural catastrophe at or near the destination.
Dancing Trips tour operator will inform the traveler about the cancellation as soon as possible. The deadline will be by January 29th, 2010.
- We will return all payments paid to Dancing Trips by the travelers without delay.
- Dancing trips is not obliged to pay the traveler any possible costs or other damages caused by the cancellation.
CHANGES IN THE PRICE: We reserve the right to increase the price of the package after conclusion of the contract, if he also undertakes for similar reasons to reduce the price of the package. The price may be increased only as a result of
1) changes in taxes and other public charges which affect the price of the package,
2) such changes in the exchange rates.
3) such changes in the transport costs as the organizer has not been able to influence and has not been able to include in his calculations when the contract was entered into.
By signing this form, all participant listed below, agree in granting the right of their image usage in any pictures and, or video taken on this trip, to the organizers of the Dancing Trips. Also, giving permission to the organizers to use their image, in any form of media, for the purpose of promotion of this yearly trip to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
